Thriving Through Chaos: Mind-Body Medicine Techniques

The COVID-19 pandemic pushed parenting to its limits. Coping with a work from home setup, daycare closures, unemployment, and school shutdowns left parents stuck in fight or flight mode. At The Milk Bank, we serve parents and caregivers with NICU and prematurity experiences, and are grateful to the corporate sponsors who made Thriving Through Chaos free & available for replay!

Life is full of interruptions. Bookmark the recording to watch when you have time!
